Our Units are located on the first floor which is 3 stories high – they both provide breath taking beach views. Both balconies have been expanded for more comfort for all your guests to enjoy. They are equipped with central air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, towels and linens, hair dryer, dishes, pots and pans, and all the amenities you would find at home. We even provide a shopping cart you can take to the local grocery store 1 block away.

Unit 175 was recently purchased in 2016 and completely over hauled. The condo has been repainted, new tile flooring has been added to the bedrooms, new bedding and new window treatments and new living room furniture.
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The full bathroom has a tub and shower and the half bath has a sink and toilet. The master bedroom includes a new king bed, TV, 2 bureaus and a walk in closet, the 2nd bedroom is an ample sized room with a dresser and 2 single beds. There is a queen pull out sofa in the living room to provide comfort for any additional guests. This unit also has a washer and dryer. The units living and dining room area is spacious as well.
The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, wine glasses, cooking utensils, a stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and double sink.

Unit 176 is a large 2 bedroom and 2 full bath unit. This unit was converted from a 3 bedroom and now includes 2 living areas. There is a formal living space and a rec room space off the kitchen with a 42” TV.
The Master bedroom is extra spacious and includes ample closet space, a king bed, 2 bureaus, a TV, and full pull out sleeper. The Master bath is handicapped accessible and includes a double sink and shower with an area to sit. It is beautifully tiled and decorated.
The Middle bedroom includes 2 new full sized beds and a bureau and TV. The hall bath is right outside the door – it is fully tiled and provides a tub and shower.
This Unit sleeps 8 comfortably.

MORE ABOUT ESJ AZUL
The ESJ Azul is centrally located to many restaurants and casinos. Most of them walking distance from the complex. Don’t forget Taxi’s and Uber’s can get you almost anywhere else. The ESJ is right next door to the famous El San Juan Hotel – I recommend this for dancing and people watching – the hotel houses some great fine dining restaurants as well.
One block away there is a Pueblo Grocery store for all you food and beverage needs. They sell groceries, beer and wine, toiletries, fruits and veggies and are open 24 hours a day.
Enjoy the convenience of 2 Walgreen’s and a new CVS just a few blocks away.
If you are interested in a car rental there are many locations just around the corner from the ESJ. I recommend Sixt, Vias, U-Save, and EZ. For your convenience each of our Units has its own private parking space on the Lobby Level.
